Location & Work Type
- Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada – A friendly and growing city with lots of outdoor spaces
- Job type: Full-time (both permanent and seasonal positions available)
- Schedules: Monday–Friday
- Salary type: Hourly ($17.50–$19.50/hour)
Key Responsibilities
- Clean windows, gutters, and dryer vents for homes and businesses
- Use pressure washers to clean walls, sidewalks, and other outdoor areas
- Work on a team to finish jobs safely, on time, and with great quality
- Talk with customers to make sure they are happy with the work
- Use ladders and safety gear to reach high places
- Drive and take care of a company vehicle during work hours
- Follow instructions carefully and pay attention to small details
- Learn to use new tools and equipment through training
- Keep work areas clean and help with setup and cleanup each day
Requirements
- Must-Have Skills
- Able to follow instructions and work well on a team
- Friendly and good at talking with customers
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Willing to work outside in different weather
- Clean driving record and able to drive a company vehicle
- Preferred Skills
- Some experience in window cleaning or outdoor work
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ready to learn new things
- Basic knowledge of pressure washing or gutter cleaning (training available)
- Enjoys being active and working with their hands
