Key Responsibilities

You will be a versatile and integral part of the warehouse operations, with duties including:

Operating various forklifts (Reach, Counterbalance, Aisle Master, Manup) for loading/unloading trucks and containers.
Receiving, checking, and accurately recording incoming goods.
Picking, packing, and dispatching orders using RF scanning technology.
Participating in regular physical stock counts and maintaining meticulous records.
Processing returned goods and responding to internal and external customer queries.
Supporting the Purchasing, Parts, and Customer Services teams as needed.
Ensuring a consistently clean, organised, and safe work environment in line with company H&S procedures.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and attributes:

A current forklift license and proven experience confidently operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts. Experience with Aisle Masters and Manup is a strong advantage.
Solid RF scanning experience and general warehouse operational skills.
A stable work history that demonstrates reliability and a long-term mindset.
A mature, common-sense approach with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good computer skills and effective communication abilities.
Must be legally entitled to work permanently in New Zealand and be based in Auckland.
