Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the warehouse team, your primary focus will be on accuracy and efficiency. Your daily tasks will include:

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders using RF scanning guns to ensure 100% order accuracy.
• Performing general warehouse duties including light manual handling and moving stock as required.
• Working at a consistent, fast pace to meet daily targets and dispatch deadlines.
• Following all pick lists, packing instructions, and safety procedures meticulously.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Being available for occasional overtime as required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:

• Must have proven RF Scanning experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• The physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and comfortably lift items up to 14kg.
• Must be available for full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
• A reliable, self-motivated work ethic with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player attitude.
• The capacity to work efficiently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have your own reliable transport and be local to the Seven Hills-Eastern Creek area.
