Location and Work Type

Location: Erskine Park, NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What Will You Do?

As a Pick Packer, your day will involve a mix of accuracy, movement, and teamwork. Your core responsibilities include:

Picking items according to order slips with high attention to detail
Packing and preparing products securely for delivery
Labelling packages correctly and documenting details as required
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse floor
Assisting with inventory checks and stock control
Operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners – training provided)
Meeting daily team targets while upholding safety standards
Collaborating with team members and reporting to supervisors as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in warehousing or pick-packing is a plus, but not essential
Strong focus and attention to detail for accurate order picking
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during your entire shift
Clear communication skills and willingness to follow instructions
Comfortable using basic computer systems or handheld scanners
Positive attitude, punctuality, and a desire to work in a team
Must have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Preferred Skills

Experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, or packing environment
Familiarity with RF scanners and barcode systems
Knowledge of safe manual handling practices
Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety protocols
