About the Role And Our Brand

This is a hands-on operational role at the heart of our online fashion business. You will be responsible for the final touchpoint before our products reach our customers, playing a crucial part in their shopping experience. Working in a small, dynamic team, you’ll help manage our inventory and ensure every order is dispatched perfectly. We value positivity, independence, and a keen eye for detail.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your primary focus will be on the smooth operation of our order fulfillment and inventory management. Key tasks include:

Carefully picking, packing, and preparing all online orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Assisting with weekly stock counts, quality checks on incoming and existing inventory, and maintaining organized storage.
Helping to unpack and check new cargo shipments of inventory each week.
As this role involves handling female apparel, you will be responsible for zipping up and preparing garments to ensure they are perfectly presented for our customers.
Providing general support for ad-hoc warehouse and operational tasks as needed.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who is both capable and a great cultural fit. The ideal person will be:

A student or individual available for part-time work, with a minimum commitment of 3 months. Availability on Mondays and Tuesdays is highly preferred.
Possesses a minimum N O Level qualification.
Independent and proactive, able to manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Meticulous and organized, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Female candidates are preferred for this role, as it involves handling and preparing female clothing for customers.
Has a positive, “bubbly” attitude and is a team player.
