Key Responsibilities

As a Food Delivery Rider, you will be the face of our service to the customer. Your key duties will include:

• Picking up orders from partner restaurants and delivering them safely and promptly to customers, adhering to assigned timeframes.
•  Providing friendly, professional interactions during deliveries and handling any customer inquiries or concerns with a positive attitude.
•  Using GPS apps effectively to plan the fastest routes, navigate traffic, and minimize delivery times.
• Following all local traffic laws and wearing required safety gear (e.g., helmet, high-visibility vest) at all times.
• Keeping your personal delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition.
•  Completing delivery documentation and promptly reporting any issues or delays to the operations team.

Qualifications

We are looking for responsible individuals who meet the following practical requirements:

•  A valid driver’s license appropriate for your vehicle (motorcycle/scooter/bicycle) is required. You must have your own reliable vehicle suitable for food delivery.
• Excellent time management to meet delivery windows, strong communication skills, and a natural customer-service orientation.
• Physically fit to handle deliveries (including lifting orders), highly reliable, honest, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
•  A smartphone for using our delivery app and GPS. Good familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns is a major advantage.
