Responsibilities

  • Carefully input data into digital systems and make sure it’s error-free.
  • Review existing entries for accuracy and update when needed.
  • Work with spreadsheets, online forms, and internal tools.
  • Keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Follow simple instructions from the team lead and hit daily/weekly targets.
  • Be open to doing light admin work when requested.
  • Flag any issues or inconsistencies you come across.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

No formal degree needed, but basic literacy and numeracy are important.

Experience

  • Previous data entry experience helps, but it’s not a deal-breaker.
  • Familiarity with digital tools or online work platforms is a bonus.

Skills
