What You’ll Do

Your primary focus will be on the maintenance and safety of the Dairy and Frozen departments. Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively zoning assigned areas, stocking shelves, and rotating products using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to ensure optimal freshness and minimize waste.
• Rigorously adhering to all food safety procedures, including accurate temperature monitoring, recording, and handling products to maintain the integrity of the cold chain from warehouse to sales floor.
• Ensuring all merchandise is correctly signed, priced, and labeled. Maintaining clean, organized, and safe aisles free of debris, obstacles, and spills (N.C.O. – Neat, Clean, and Organized).
• Assisting with setting up and maintaining feature displays and modular layouts as directed.
• Providing friendly, efficient customer service by answering questions and helping customers locate products.
•  Following all company procedures for ordering, clearance, markdowns, and inventory management.

• A commitment to following all food safety and workplace safety procedures.

Previous experience in grocery, retail, or a cold environment is beneficial but not required – we provide training.
