Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our field team, you will provide essential cleaning services that make a real difference. Your role will involve:

  • Performing high-quality domestic cleaning, NDIS disability support cleaning, DVA cleaning, and deep or spring cleaning.
  • Providing exceptional, friendly service to clients in their homes.
  • Following our proven cleaning systems and standards to ensure outstanding results every time.
  • Opting in or out of additional bond clean work based on your preference.
  • Representing the Maid2Match brand with professionalism and care.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals who embody reliability and a strong work ethic. You will need:

  • Your own reliable car and a valid driver’s licence.
  • A minimum availability of 2 days per week, Monday to Friday (more days are preferred).
  • To be known as a dependable person the one friends and family can always count on.
  • Strong communication skills to connect with your team and clients.
  • A willingness to complete our comprehensive paid training program (length tailored to your experience).
  • No prior cleaning experience is required—we train you the “Maid2Match Way.”

    However, white collar job cannot manage to build a career in Australia that’s why I want to shift career as a Cleaner.
