Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our facilities team, your role will involve a variety of tasks to ensure our club remains spotless and inviting. Your duties will include:
- Performing a wide range of cleaning tasks across the club’s commercial premises, including public areas, restrooms, and function spaces.
- Using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment to maintain a high standard of hygiene and presentation.
- Completing manual handling duties as required, including moving furniture and equipment for cleaning or events.
- Adhering strictly to all safe work practices and club safety protocols.
- Demonstrating flexibility in your daily routine to meet the operational needs of a dynamic club environment.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
- Proven experience with commercial cleaning methods and standards.
- A good level of physical fitness to perform manual tasks safely and effectively.
- A current NSW driver’s licence.
- Availability to work weekends, as this is a requirement of the role.
- A strong commitment to safe work practices and a keen eye for detail.
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Position Details and Benefits
This is a permanent part-time position offering stability and fair remuneration.
- Employment terms are in accordance with the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2020, Permanent Level 2.
- Salary Ranges 17$ per hr depends on experience
- You will be joining a supportive team environment within a respected community club.
- The successful applicant will undergo a National Criminal History Check, which will be paid for by the club.
