Key Responsibilities

As a Casual Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our clients’ premises. Your duties will include:

• Performing a comprehensive range of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces across various commercial properties.
• Ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned to our high standards, leaving them spotless and well-presented.
• Restocking cleaning supplies and maintaining equipment in good working order.
• Communicating professionally with clients to understand and meet their specific cleaning needs.
• Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed on-site.
• Strictly adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 to 6 months of proven experience in commercial cleaning.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to complete tasks within set timeframes.
• Strong physical fitness, with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Professional communication skills and a reliable, punctual nature.
• Knowledge of the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends as required.
