Admin Assistant MindfulBear Singapore

MindfulBear, a dedicated child counseling center, invites applications for a full-time Admin Assistant in Singapore, located near Lavender MRT in Kallang. The role offers SGD 2,000–2,500 monthly, based on skills and suitability, with a 5.5-day workweek (Monday–Friday, 10 am–7 pm; Saturday, 9 am–1 pm). Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and creating a warm environment for children and families. No prior experience is required, as training is provided. Candidates should bring strong English communication, a friendly demeanor, and basic organizational skills. This position suits Singaporeans or PRs passionate about supporting Kallang’s community.

Responsibilities

  • Ring up clients to book counselling sessions around their schedules.
  • Answer questions from parents, keeping things clear and friendly.
  • Greet kids and families at the centre with a warm smile.
  • Check in with clients after sessions to see how they’re doing.
  • Pull together data for monthly reports, no stress involved.
  • Tackle small admin tasks, like filing or sorting emails, as they pop up.
  • Keep the front desk organised and welcoming.
  • Stay cool under pressure, especially during busy hours.
  • Learn the ropes with training provided by the team.
  • Pitch in with odd jobs to keep the centre running smoothly.

Requirements

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent, no degree required.

Experience

No experience needed, just a readiness to learn on the job.

Skills

  • Solid English to chat clearly with parents and kids.
  • Warm, people-person energy for welcoming families.
  • Ability to handle stress with a smile, even on busy days.
  • Basic knack for organising tasks and data.
  • Comfort with phones and simple computer tools.
