Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate HR, MR, or MC vehicles for material transport and local deliveries around Dubbo
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials efficiently within the yard and workshop
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing and cleaning components as needed
- Support tradespeople with general workshop duties and material handling tasks
- Perform basic quality checks on materials and ensure compliance with site safety standards
- Accurately label and organize inventory to support smooth workflow and easy access
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive safety culture on site
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must hold a current Drivers License and have reliable transport to get to site each day. A valid HR, MR, MC, or Forklift License is essential candidates with multiple licenses are strongly encouraged to apply. Hiab experience will be looked upon favorably, but it is not a strict requirement. You must be willing to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test and any future random testing as per site policy. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a genuine willingness to learn, and the physical fitness to handle manual tasks. Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions and safety procedures are non-negotiable.
