Key Responsibilities
- Carry out the full scope of duties required of a registered WSHO ensuring all statutory acts regulations and company safety rules are strictly followed across the worksite.
- Implement and oversee the project specific health safety and environmental management system aligning all programs with corporate procedures and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site safety audits inspections and compliance checks identifying potential hazards and addressing gaps before they become incidents.

Qualifications
A diploma or degree in Workplace Safety and Health or a related discipline is required. Registration with the Ministry of Manpower as a WSHO is mandatory for this role. Candidates must have at least five years of relevant experience in the construction industry with a strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements for workplace safety and environmental standards. Experience working on CAG projects is highly preferred and candidates with that background must have held a T4 or T5 HSE Officer role. The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with project teams is essential. Own transport is preferred and candidates who can join on short notice will be at an advantage.
