Advantech is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our new Tustin, CA facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, logistics, and team leadership. As Warehouse Manager, you will drive the efficiency, accuracy, and safety of material flow while managing automation systems, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse operations and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service levels within the warehouse.
- Oversee warehouse automation systems (ASRS, goods-to-person picking, automated sealing, and shipping systems) to ensure high performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with automation vendors, Engineering, and IT teams to resolve system issues and maintain smooth operational continuity.
- Plan and manage preventive maintenance programs for automated equipment to reduce operational risks.
- Manage inventory control activities, including physical inventories, consignment programs, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure data integration across WMS, SAP, MES, and ASRS is accurate and consistent.
- Supervise, train, and certify warehouse staff, including forklift operation training.
- Prepare and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations.
- Analyze reports related to shipments, inventory accuracy, and material flow to support continuous improvement.
- Address order fulfillment discrepancies and ensure timely resolutions.
- Support cross-functional projects and additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, particularly in material handling, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or operations.
- Prior experience managing or supervising teams in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, safety practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Valid forklift certification and the ability to train and certify employees.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse automation technologies such as ASRS, AMRs, and goods-to-person systems.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives, including paperless warehouse or system integration projects.
- Experience with auto-dimensioning, labeling systems, or cross-dock operations.
