We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will maintain a safe and tidy warehouse environment, fulfill stock orders and deliver to stores in the terminals, receive and accurately process incoming shipments, and organize merchandise orders. If you have previous warehouse or stocking experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and have a high school diploma or equivalent, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and tidy warehouse environment for team members, following all safety guidelines.
- Fulfill stock orders from the Warehouse and deliver to stores in the terminals.
- Receive and accurately process incoming shipments, organizing merchandise orders.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Replenish stock on the sales floor, ensuring everything is rotated properly.
- Sort damaged and outdated products for supplier returns and credits.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Inform management of out-of-stock items.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Help with trash removal and recycling efforts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications
- Can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a warehouse and/or stocking required.
- Pays close attention to detail with high accuracy.
- Communicates effectively with team members and management.
- Manages time well and solves problems effectively.
- Comfortable working in varied temperatures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliability and punctuality essential.
- Team player with positive attitude.
