Location & Work Type

• Location: Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand – a beautiful coastal city known for its beaches and relaxed lifestyle
• Job type: Casual – work as and when needed
• Shifts: Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Schedules: Any day of the week (Monday–Sunday), depending on business needs
• Salary type: Hourly – $25.43 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Clean the inside and outside of rental cars so they look fresh and ready to go
• Vacuum seats and floors, wipe down surfaces, and wash the windows
• Check each car for new dents, scratches, or other damage and report it
• Look at the fuel level and mileage, then enter the details into a handheld device
• Fill up gas tanks and top off fluids like oil and windshield washer
• Check tyre pressure and make sure the tyres are in good condition
• Follow safety rules and cleaning steps every time
• Work quickly and carefully to help customers get clean, safe cars on time

Requirements

• Must-Have Skills
• A full, clean, and valid Class 1 driver’s licence
• Able to do physical work like cleaning and moving around cars
• Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
• Good at following steps and company rules
• Can work quickly while still doing a great job
• Preferred Skills
• Experience in cleaning, labouring, or other hands-on jobs
• Used to working in a busy place or with a team
• Basic knowledge of cars, like checking tyres or fluids (training is available)
• Positive attitude and ready to learn new things
