Key Responsibilities
- Execute meticulous cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the exacting standards of a five-star luxury property.
- Engage with guests in warm, thoughtful, and genuine interactions, anticipating needs and enhancing their stay.
- Handle and care for premium linens and amenities with the utmost attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team to ensure seamless operations and a consistently exceptional guest environment.
- Adhere to immaculate grooming and presentation standards at all times.
- Demonstrate flexibility in meeting rostering needs, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a housekeeping position, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- A distinguished presence, humble excellence, and elevated emotional intelligence.
- An exceptional eye for detail and a deep understanding of luxury guest expectations.
- A high level of physical fitness for a demanding role involving heavy lifting, carrying, and being on your feet for entire shifts.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
- The ability to build warm, authentic relationships.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- A clean police record.
