Responsibilities
- Run tissue production machines and follow assigned shift schedules
- Load pulp and raw material into the system as needed
- Follow work instructions to complete daily routines and digital checklists
- Perform quality checks, enter machine data, and identify equipment concerns
- Take part in roll changes, washdowns, and fabric swaps
- Safely use forklifts and overhead cranes when required
- Maintain housekeeping duties and participate in safety inspections
- Assist team members with production changeovers and material handling
- Adhere to shift protocols, timekeeping, and safety standards
- Report to crew leaders and complete assigned tasks promptly
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience
- 3-5 years in a production or manufacturing environment
- Background in machine operation or industrial equipment is helpful
Skills
- Comfortable with 12-hour shifts and rotating schedules
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with digital systems
- Reliable with time management and physical stamina
- Clear communication skills for working in team settings
- Able to manage basic troubleshooting and problem solving
