Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for air conditioning equipment, including split units, cassettes, VRF-VRV systems, air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, and associated ACMV equipment.
- Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and perform repairs efficiently and safely.
- Provide technical advice and assistance to customers and internal team members on maintenance functions, equipment operation, and system optimisation.
- Prepare clear, accurate service reports after every completed job for customer endorsement and record-keeping.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding equipment problems, repair recommendations, and post-job summaries.
- Perform routine servicing activities including chemical cleaning, filter replacement, refrigerant top-up, and component checks.
- Maintain service vehicles, tools, and testing equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to all workplace safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
Qualifications
Education:
- Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
- Candidates with at least 2 years of related technical experience in chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboard, and generators will have a distinct advantage.
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply—on-the-job training will be provided.
Technical Knowledge (Preferred but not mandatory):
- Familiarity with split units, cassettes, VRF/VRV systems, air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
- Understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical control circuits, and basic troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to use multimeters, manifold gauges, leak detectors, and other diagnostic tools.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills able to interact professionally with clients.
- Customer-centric mindset; you understand that service quality is measured by customer satisfaction.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at height, in confined spaces, and in various site conditions.
Work Schedule:
- 5.5 working days.
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
- Full-time, permanent position.
Work Location:
- Various sites across Singapore (commercial, industrial, residential).
- Base location to be confirmed.
