Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and oversee all safety related matters at the construction site ensuring full compliance with safety rules, safe work practices, and relevant safety legislation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potentially unsafe or hazardous situations and recommend corrective actions to address them promptly.
- Liaise with different departments and project stakeholders on all safety and health matters ensuring clear communication and alignment on safety objectives.
- Investigate any accidents or incidents that occur on site documenting findings and recommending corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate records of safety related matters including inspection reports, incident investigations, and corrective actions taken.
- Assist the manager in evaluating safety policies, methods, and programs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.

- Perform any other ad hoc duties related to workplace safety and health as assigned by management.
Qualifications
A certificate in WSH Coordinator Course or Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course from an approved institution is highly preferred for this role. Candidates must have at least two years of working experience in the construction industry with a solid understanding of site operations and safety requirements. Good interpersonal skills are essential as the role requires regular communication with site personnel, project managers, and external stakeholders. Computer proficiency including the ability to use email, Microsoft Office applications, and submit reports online is required. A Class 3 Singapore driving licence is also required for this position. Candidates should be prepared to work six days per week and be based at the project site office.
