Key Responsibilities
You will be part of a team delivering a specific project, with tasks focused on preparation and installation support.
- Perform physical labour including digging, barrowing excess dirt, and assisting with concreting work to prepare sites for bollard installation.
- Work collaboratively with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and safely.
- Operate with a high degree of self-motivation, capable of working independently on assigned tasks while being an integral part of the wider team for larger jobs.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, using tools and equipment correctly to maintain a safe worksite.
- Assist with general site tidiness and other labouring duties as required to support project completion.
Qualifications
We are looking for fit, reliable individuals who can hit the ground running.
- A current, full Class 1 driver’s licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle is essential.
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively both alone and as part of a team.
- Excellent physical fitness and the capability to handle manual labour, including digging, lifting, and barrowing.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to safety on site.
- While prior labouring or construction experience is beneficial, a willingness to learn and work hard is most important.
