Location & Work Type
- Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada – at Radisson Village in Southeast Calgary
- Job type: Full-time
- Shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Schedules: Monday to Friday
- Salary type: Hourly
Key Responsibilities
- Clean building entrances, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other shared spaces
- Clean empty rental units to get them ready for new people to move in
- Pick up trash inside and outside the building
- Help with snow removal around the property when needed
- Do small paint touch-ups in common areas
- Make sure cleaning tools and supplies are in good shape and stored properly
- Keep track of supplies and let the team know when more are needed
- Work safely and follow all rules to keep the building clean and safe for everyone
- Lend a hand at other nearby buildings if help is needed
Requirements
- Must-Have Skills
- At least 2 years of cleaning experience
- Able to speak and understand basic English
- Can walk, stand, and climb stairs for up to 8 hours a day
- Can lift or move up to 90 kg using proper equipment
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Can work well alone and with a team
- Positive attitude and ready to get the job done
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Preferred Skills
- Comfortable using simple technology like phones or tablets
- Experience doing light maintenance tasks like touch-up painting
- Familiar with using cleaning tools and machines
- Willing to help at other nearby sites if needed
- Training is available for some tasks if you’re eager to learn
