Key Responsibilities

Clean common areas in residential buildings such as lobbies, lifts, and recreational spaces to keep them neat and tidy.
Take care of the car park by removing trash and making sure the area looks good for residents and visitors.
Move garbage bins to the council collection area on schedule to help with waste management.
Sanitise bins and garbage rooms to keep these places clean and safe from bad smells and germs.
Check and report any problems or damage in the common areas to the building management team.
Follow safety rules while cleaning to protect yourself and others in the building.
Work well with other team members to finish tasks on time and keep the building clean every day.
Use cleaning tools and equipment properly to do the job efficiently and carefully.

Requirements

Must Have Skills

Able to clean common areas like lobbies, lifts, and recreational spaces well and carefully.
Comfortable moving bins to the council collection area and cleaning garbage rooms.
Reliable and able to work regularly in different locations around Sydney, such as CBD, Eastern Suburbs, and North Sydney.
Able to follow instructions and work safely while cleaning.
