Responsibilities
- Run packing machines with care to keep production humming.
- Tweak machines to sort out any hiccups and keep things smooth.
- Swap materials and feed supplies to avoid any downtime.
- Stick to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to keep gear in top shape.
- Follow the 5S rules to keep the workspace neat and tidy.
- Stay sharp on safety and quality rules, no exceptions.
- Work rotating shifts, including nights, to hit production goals.
- Check packed goods to make sure they’re up to scratch.
- Flag any machine or safety issues to the boss quickly and smartly.
- Team up with mates to smash daily production targets.
- Keep clear records of production and maintenance tasks.
- Help with stock checks to keep materials ready to go.
- Jump into training to sharpen factory skills.
- Toss out ideas to streamline work and cut waste.
- Pitch in on other factory tasks when needed.
Requirements
Education
- A high school diploma or equivalent is a must.
- Technical or vocational certs in manufacturing are a bonus.
Experience
