Key Responsibilities
In this essential role, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring garments and linens are cared for with attention to detail. Your main duties will include:
- Sorting, loading, and unloading laundry and dry cleaning items by fabric type, color, and cleaning process.
- Operating commercial washing machines, dryers, dry cleaning machines, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently after training.
- Inspecting items for stains or damage before cleaning and applying appropriate spotting techniques.
- Folding, hanging, and packaging cleaned items neatly, preparing them for customer pickup or delivery.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all company and safety procedures.
- Providing friendly customer service, handling items with care, and managing basic order tickets.
Qualifications
