Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will be a key support on various job sites, contributing to a wide range of maintenance and repair projects. Your duties will include:

• Assisting tradespeople and leading hands with a diverse range of property maintenance and repair tasks.
• Safely and competently operating a variety of hand and power tools.
• Performing manual labour, including heavy lifting, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety protocols and site cleanliness at all times.
• Supporting projects across areas such as fencing, landscaping, retaining walls, plastering, painting, and tiling as required.

Qualifications

We are looking for a physically fit and safety-conscious team player. The essentials for this role are:

• A minimum of 12 months of onsite labouring experience.
• A valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) and an unrestricted driver’s licence with reliable transport.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Experience using common hand and power tools.
• A reliable, conscientious attitude with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• While not required, experience in property maintenance, fencing, landscaping, or basic trades is highly regarded.
