Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms by making beds, changing sheets, and replacing towels
- Wipe down surfaces, clean bathrooms, and vacuum carpets
- Refill guest supplies like soap, shampoo, and snacks
- Check that all lights, TVs, and other appliances are working properly
- Pick up trash and remove used items like towels and room service trays
- Help keep hallways, elevators, and service areas neat and tidy
- Report any broken or damaged items to the supervisor
- Follow safety rules and use cleaning tools the right way
- Be friendly and helpful to guests, offering great customer service
Requirements
