Key Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant, you will be essential to our daily operations, ensuring every guest arrives to a pristine and welcoming space.
- Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and storage areas to the hotel’s exacting standards, paying close attention to every detail.
- Replenish all guest supplies and amenities according to the room type, ensuring everything is perfectly presented for arrival.
- Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks and handle guest laundry in strict accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Operate and maintain all cleaning equipment safely, reporting any faults immediately. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, especially regarding chemical use.
- Uphold guest security by following key control procedures and reporting any lost property or suspicious activity promptly.
Qualifications
We are looking for a team member who brings a professional attitude and a commitment to quality to every task.
- At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are highly valued.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
