Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and all areas of the hotel are clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and with a warm, helpful attitude.
- Stock housekeeping carts and maintain inventory of supplies.
- Clean rooms thoroughly, including bathrooms, bedding, and all surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and protect company assets.
- Ensure your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional at all times.
- Uphold quality standards and take pride in delivering consistent results.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods throughout your shift.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Qualifications
Required:
- No prior experience required we provide training for motivated individuals.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A warm, guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is helpful but not required.
