Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet financial and service goals
- Create and coordinate employee schedules considering availability, expected sales, and overtime costs
- Ensure compliance with HR requirements, safety protocols, and operational best practices
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and workplace safety
- Prospect and mentor future management candidates for current and upcoming store openings
- Handle critical store issues during evenings, weekends, or non-standard hours as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology systems
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate a team to high performance
- Working knowledge of restaurant profit and loss statements
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills to manage store operations effectively
