 Key Responsibilities

As a key support member on site, your day will be active and varied. Your primary duties will include:

• Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials around the job site.
• Assisting carpenters with erecting and dismantling structures like concrete forms, scaffolding, and temporary frameworks.
• Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt under supervision.
• Helping with cleanup duties, including removing rubble, debris, and handling spills.
• Tending to machines and equipment as directed by site supervisors.
• Following all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and the team.

Qualifications

No formal education or prior certificate is required. We are looking for candidates who bring the right attitude and capability:

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• The physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding manual tasks throughout the day.
