Fish Packer – Fish Processing

Responsibilities

  • Pack fish steaks, fillets, or whole fish into cans quickly.
  • Do light cutting with company scissors when needed.
  • Check fish for defects to keep quality top-notch.
  • Weigh and record fish quantities for production logs.
  • Keep the workspace clean as a whistle, no mess.
  • Follow daily production quotas set by the boss.
