Location & Work Type
- Location: Xin Yi Road, Taipei, Taiwan – a busy, modern area with lots to see and do
- Job Type: Full-time, indefinite contract
- Schedules: Monday–Sunday (based on business needs)

Key Responsibilities
- Talk with students and families to help them choose the right English course
- Follow up with people who asked about courses but didn’t sign up
- Keep track of customer info and sales using the computer system
- Share information about prices, discounts, and new promotions
- Help with sales events and open house days to meet new students
- Work with the team to make sure everything runs smoothly at the center
- Learn about all the courses so you can answer questions clearly
- Give friendly and helpful service to everyone who visits or calls
- Share ideas to improve how the team helps customers and sells courses
Requirements
- Must-Have Skills
- Undergraduate degree in any subject
- Experience working in customer service or sales, especially in education or other service jobs
- Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Able to talk clearly with children and their families
- Comfortable using computers and common software like Microsoft Excel
- Can stay organized and keep good records
- Friendly, helpful attitude and enjoys working with people
- Preferred Skills
- Training or degree in language, hospitality, sales, or business
- Knowledge of SAP or CRM systems (training can be provided)
- Speaks a second language besides Mandarin and English
- Experience working at events or helping with school or community programs
