Location & Work Type
- Location: Itabashi, Tokyo
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shifts: Day shift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and alternate shifts including some night and early morning hours
Key Responsibilities
This role involves important daily tasks to ensure smooth and safe operations. The person in this job will help with driving, handling equipment, and working closely with the team to meet company goals
- Drive company vehicles safely to transport goods or people
- Load and unload items carefully to avoid damage
- Follow all traffic and safety rules during work hours
- Keep the vehicle clean and check for maintenance needs
- Report any issues or accidents to the supervisor right away
- Assist with scheduling and planning routes for deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of trips and deliveries
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers to provide good service
Qualifications/Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license for the required vehicle type
- Good knowledge of traffic and safety rules
- Ability to read maps and use GPS devices
- Basic skills in vehicle maintenance and inspection
- Strong communication skills to work with team and customers
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good physical condition for lifting and moving items
- Experience in driving or delivery work is a plus
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of experience driving commercial or delivery vehicles
- Experience following safety rules and traffic laws
- Proven ability to manage delivery schedules on time
- Experience using GPS and navigation tools
- Comfortable handling and securing packages or goods
