A full-time driving position is now available with Air Liquide in Taiwan. If you’ve worked with delivery trucks before or are familiar with transporting industrial materials, this opportunity could be a solid fit. There are two openings—one in Wuqi, Taichung for tanker truck delivery and another in Luzhu, Kaohsiung for cylinder transport. You’ll be responsible for safely delivering gas products, either by truck or tanker, and supporting basic handling, reporting, and inspections. Work starts early in the morning and may involve weekend shifts depending on client orders. This is a hands-on logistics job in a safety-focused environment. If you hold a commercial vehicle license and want steady work with a leading global company, this role fits well.
Responsibilities
- Depending on the assignment (Cylinder Truck or Tanker Truck), your day-to-day tasks may include.
- Driving heavy-duty trucks (3.5 to 17 tons) to transport gas cylinders or using tankers to deliver liquid gas.
- Conducting vehicle inspections before and after deliveries.
- Handling loading and unloading using forklifts, cranes, pallet trucks, or cylinder carts.
- Recording delivery status and reporting any issues or customer requests
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and operating standards.
- Supporting logistics during weekends or extended holidays if assigned
- Cooperating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
- Complying with all documentation and company standards for hazardous goods.
Requirements and Qualifications
License
- For Cylinder Truck Driver.
- Forklift license.
- Valid professional heavy truck license in Taiwan.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience driving trucks of 3.5 tons or more.
- Previous gas industry or cylinder delivery experience
Clean criminal record and no major accident history
Skills And Knolwedge Desired
- Willing to handle manual tasks and lift heavy items
- Able to work early shifts (typically 5:00 to 7:00 AM start)
- Preferred but not required:
- Overhead crane or hydraulic lifting equipment experience
- Hazardous material delivery certification
- For Tanker Truck Driver – Taichung
Must hold a trailer truck license and certification to transport hazardous goods - Familiar with route planning, emergency handling, and basic truck troubleshooting
- Clear criminal and driving history
Preferred:
- High-pressure container or gas system knowledge
- Experience operating high-pressure gas equipment
