What Will You Do?
Deliver Building Materials Safely & Accurately
- Drive Kenroc trucks to deliver building materials across Edmonton and surrounding areas
- Ensure timely, damage-free deliveries to job sites and warehouse locations
- Operate truck-mounted booms, forklifts, and conveyor equipment as needed
Ensure Compliance & Safety
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and submit maintenance reports
- Follow all legal weight limits and secure load protocols
- Complete jobsite hazard assessments before unloading
Documentation & Load Management
- Count and verify materials against delivery slips and packing lists
- Complete all paperwork accurately, including safety documentation
- Assist dispatchers in preparing and loading delivery trucks
Team & Customer Interaction
- Provide leadership to material handlers regarding safe practices
- Represent Kenroc professionally when interacting with customers
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to support daily operations
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 3 or Class 1 a bonus)
- At least 1 year of delivery driving experience
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 110 lbs safely
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Solid understanding of basic safety procedures and load limits
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and provide a recent driving abstract
Preferred Skills
- Experience operating forklifts, booms, or conveyor equipment
- Familiarity with building materials or construction sites
- Prior work in UAE truck jobs or similar regulated delivery roles
- Knowledge of safety regulations and provincial transport laws
