About the Role

This position sits at the operational heart of our stockbroking activities. You will be the essential support partner to our dealers, responsible for the precise entry of orders and the smooth handling of client account documentation. Your work directly impacts the efficiency and compliance of our trading operations, providing a solid foundation for a rewarding career in the financial sector.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will perform a mix of critical operational and research support tasks, including:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the dealing team, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
  • Executing prompt and accurate order entries with a high degree of diligence and care to prevent errors.
  • Assisting with the processing of client account opening forms and other general update documentation.
  • Researching, gathering, and compiling stock market news and updates for both Hong Kong and US markets to support the team’s decision-making.
  • Completing various ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Team Leader to support broader department goals.
