Location & Work Type

• Location: Pyrmont and Brookvale, New South Wales, Australia. Both are lively areas in Sydney with easy access to other job sites across the city.
• Job type: Full-time position.
• Shifts: Most shifts start early, between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
• Schedules: Monday to Saturday.
• Salary type: Hourly pay, with overtime after 8 hours and double time after 10 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a concrete agitator truck to different job sites around Sydney.
• Load, mix, and deliver concrete safely and on time.
• Talk with customers in a friendly way and answer simple questions.
• Follow set routes using GPS and other driving technology.
• Keep your truck clean and looking great—it’s the face of the company.
• Do daily safety checks on the truck before and after each shift.
• Fill out simple paperwork like delivery forms and logbooks.
• Work closely with site teams to unload concrete in the right spot.
• Always follow safety rules and wear your protective gear.

Requirements

• Must-Have Skills
• A current HR (Heavy Rigid) driver’s licence
• Some experience driving heavy vehicles
• A valid Construction White Card, or willing to get one before starting
• Good communication skills and friendly with customers
• Able to follow safety rules and company procedures
• Can pass a medical check, including a drug and alcohol test
• Willing to start early in the morning and work some Saturdays

• Preferred Skills
• Experience driving a concrete agitator truck
• Knowledge of basic vehicle checks and maintenance
• Comfortable using GPS and driving technology
• A clean driving record
• A strong interest in construction or transport
• Willing to learn and grow with on-the-job training

Compensation & Benefits

• Get paid $31.03 per hour, with extra pay for overtime and long shifts
