Key Responsibilities

  • Drive agitator trucks safely to deliver concrete to different customer sites like homes, buildings, and roads.
  • Perform daily checks on the truck before driving to make sure it is safe and working well.
  • Manage the concrete slump levels and control how the concrete is poured at the site, following training and instructions.
  • Work closely with customers and team members to give good service and solve any delivery issues.
  • Complete all paperwork and documents needed for each delivery, such as delivery notes and collection records.
  • Communicate clearly with the production and allocation staff to share information about deliveries and any problems on the job.
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures to keep yourself and others safe on the road and at the work sites.
  • Keep the truck clean and report any problems or needed repairs to help the team maintain the vehicle.

Requirements

  • Hold a current HR driver’s licence and have experience driving heavy vehicles.
