 Your Role and Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will be the face of our company on-site, ensuring our commercial clients’ premises are consistently presented to the highest standard. Your core tasks will include:

• Performing a comprehensive range of cleaning duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, dusting surfaces, and sanitising high-touch areas.
• Ensuring all assigned areas, from lobbies to offices and bathrooms, are left thoroughly clean, tidy, and fully restocked.
• Proactively maintaining cleaning equipment and managing supply levels to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients to understand and meet their specific expectations.
• Identifying and promptly reporting any maintenance concerns or potential safety hazards you encounter during your shifts.
• Strictly adhering to all company and site-specific health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.

The Skills and Experience You’ll Bring

To thrive in this role, you will be a proactive and trustworthy professional with:

• A minimum of 3 to 6 months of proven experience in a commercial cleaning environment.
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to complete all tasks within designated timeframes.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour when interacting with clients.
• The physical fitness required for active work, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting.
• A reliable and punctual nature, with a genuine commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
• Sound knowledge of the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Full working rights to undertake employment in Australia.
