Key Responsibilities
- As a Cleaner (Housekeeper), you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our managed properties. Your daily tasks may include:
- Clean vacant residential or commercial units before occupancy
- Clean and maintain common areas, such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, and stairwells
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum various surfaces
- Clean restrooms, sanitize fixtures, and restock supplies
- Maintain cleanliness in office spaces and model units
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Perform routine inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
- Cooperate with maintenance staff and follow supervisor instructions
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements: Must-Have Skills
