There’s work going in Tabulam for the blueberry season starting July 2025. It should run around 2 or 3 months, depending on how the picking goes. Pays $31.19 an hour under the Horticulture Award (Level 2). It’s a casual job, and most of the work is outside, so you’ll need to be okay with being out in the weather — hot, windy, rainy, whatever the day brings. You’ll be picking and sorting fruit all day, so being fit helps. You’ll need to clock in at least 120 hours over four weeks. There are about 60 spots across different farms, and it’s a good fit if you’re someone who listens well and doesn’t mind working with others from all sorts of backgrounds.
