Key Responsibilities

You will be the operational anchor for inventory and dispatch, managing critical tasks that ensure excellence and efficiency.

  • Take ownership of inventory accuracy by monitoring levels, executing regular stocktakes, and leading detailed investigations into any variances to resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • -Utilise SAP and Coupa proficiently for all procurement, reporting, and inventory management. Champion our unwavering safety culture by adhering to CHEP’s B-Safe standards in every task.-Coordinate all outbound logistics, scheduling deliveries and liaising with carriers to guarantee that every order leaves accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with the APAC invoicing team, suppliers, and internal colleagues to streamline processes. Apply your analytical skills to investigate issues, implement effective solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

We are seeking an organised professional with the right blend of technical skill and team spirit. You will have:

  • Proven hands-on experience in inventory management, including conducting cycle counts and managing stock control procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and practical experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of SAP or Coupa is a significant advantage.
  • A sharp analytical mind and impeccable attention to detail, with a proven ability to investigate problems and ensure data integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, enabling you to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • A solid understanding of workplace health and safety, with a commitment to upholding these principles daily.
