Location and Work Type

• Job Location: Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Half-day rostered Saturday shifts (every other weekend)
• Travel Required: Local deliveries in and around the Hamilton region
• Work Environment: Road-based driving and in-store support

What Will You Do?

• As a Delivery Driver at NAPA Hamilton, your responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently delivering automotive parts and products to our trade and specialist customers across the Hamilton area
• Navigating routes and schedules with a focus on timely, accurate, and safe deliveries
• Representing NAPA with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Building rapport with repeat customers and reinforcing strong, long-term relationships
• Assisting in-branch when needed by: Processing in-store sales
• Packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Supporting inventory checks and general branch operations

Must-Have Skills

NAPA is looking for candidates with:

• A clean, full New Zealand driver’s licence
• A strong service mindset—our customers are at the heart of everything we do
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts safely when loading and unloading vehicles
• Confidence in navigating the Hamilton region
• High attention to detail and a reliable, punctual approach to your work
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage customers and coworkers
• A positive, team-first attitude—you’re someone others enjoy working with

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following would be advantageous:

• Prior experience in a delivery driver or customer service role
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts or tools
• Experience using dispatch or routing systems
• Forklift licence or store assistant experience
• Previous work in a retail or trade supply environment
