Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and issuing goods, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, weight, and carton tally against documentation
- Inspecting cargo upon receipt or handover from contractors
- Labeling, performing piece counts, and documenting cargo unloading
- Notifying Customer Service and lane operators of discrepancies or damage
- Following lane operators’ instructions for daily cargo handling
- Ensuring compliance with all operational processes
- Providing value-added services such as repacking and preparing testing reports
- Coordinating the timely handover of documentation among terminals, offices, and customs buildings
- Maintaining quality control in warehouse operations, including trucking and system updates
- Monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Updating daily reports and preparing shipping and customs documents
- Completing forklift operation training as required
- Taking on any additional assignments from management
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Team player with a proactive attitude
Preferred:
- Forklift experience
