Key Responsibilities

Launder, sort, and fold all linens used by residents and the facility, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.

Deliver clean laundry to residents’ rooms and designated storage areas promptly and efficiently.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and using personal protective equipment provided.

Assist with other tasks as assigned to support the smooth operation of the facility.

Collaborate with team members to ensure residents’ daily needs are met while upholding Cassia’s service standards.

Monitor laundry supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues to supervisors.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Previous laundry aide or housekeeping experience is a plus; however, training will be provided for all new hires.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Comfortable working with older adults and demonstrating patience, respect, and a positive attitude.

Reliable attendance and flexibility to work the specified part-time shifts: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM on alternating days, or 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on other scheduled days.
