Job Scope
- Assist the Project Manager: You’ll help plan, manage, and ensure smooth implementation of assigned projects from inception to completion, on time and to the desired quality.
- Supervise Daily Site Activities: Oversee workers and subcontractors on site, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and maintaining good housekeeping.
- Coordinate with Clients, Subcontractors, and Workers: Liaise with all parties on project aspects to keep everything moving smoothly.
- Report Progress and Quality: Keep the project team informed on progress and quality of the overall project.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Make sure all workers adhere to safety processes and regulations. Safety isn’t optional.
- Keep Projects on Schedule: Your coordination and supervision will ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in the building construction industry, specifically with project site work including RC (reinforced concrete) and ID (interior design) works.
- Education: Minimum Primary, Nitec, or O Level education level.
- Communication Skills: Possess good communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be dealing with workers, clients, and subcontractors regularly.
- BCA Certificates: Relevant supervisor or safety courses certificate holder as required by BCA.
- Additional Certificates (Advantage): Welder, scaffold, work at height, or operator certificates will be an added advantage.
Salary and Details
- Salary Range: $1,800 – $3,000 per month
