What You Will Be Doing
- You will assist with formwork and boxing for residential foundations.
- You will support slab and raft floor construction from start to finish, including site setup, pour, and strip.
- You will follow QA, health and safety, and site processes at all times.
- You will maintain tidy, organised work sites.
- You will work closely with foremen and the wider crew to complete projects efficiently.
- You will learn to read and interpret plans, with support from experienced team members.
- You will contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Ideally, you have six or more months of experience in construction, trades, or civil works.
- You can read and interpret plans, or you have a willingness to learn.
- You have reliable transport to and from site.
- You have a strong work ethic and a good attitude.
- You are process-driven and willing to follow established systems.
- You have a team-first attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
- You hold a full NZ Driver’s Licence.
- You have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
- You can pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
