Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the fun running smoothly across our entire venue.
- Your main role will be troubleshooting and performing basic maintenance on our wide range of entertainment equipment, from arcade games and bowling lanes to laser tag systems and F&B machinery.
- You will work closely with our senior Electronics Technician and Facilities Manager, learning on the job and assisting with repairs and preventative checks.
- You’ll interact with guests and team members daily, helping to resolve minor technical issues quickly to minimise any disruption to the fun.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised technical workspace and storage areas will be part of your routine.
- Your work directly contributes to the seamless guest experience, making sure every element of our venue is ready for play.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with a great attitude and a natural aptitude for hands-on problem-solving.
- A curious, tech-savvy mind is essential. You might have a hobby like building PCs, a trade interest, or simply be the person who fixes things.
- A positive, proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a keen willingness to learn new skills on the job.
- You must be a great communicator and a true team player who lives our values: Fun, Remarkable, Real, Obsessed, and Partner.
- Reliability and the ability to work 30-35 hours per week across a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings, are required.
- While not mandatory, any previous experience in a technical, maintenance, or customer service role is a bonus.
